1. Who we are
NBVN (New Build Ventures) is a brand operated by Apon Labs LLC, 2261 Market Street, STE 95312, San Francisco, CA.
In these terms, NBVN, we and us mean Apon Labs LLC.
2. Private beta
NBVN Creative OS and several features described on this site are in private beta or in development, and are labelled as such. The site and its content may change at any time.
3. No offer or checkout
Packages and prices shown are proposed founding and beta prices. They are not an offer that can be accepted online, and nothing is sold or billed through this site. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
4. Requests, invitations and previews
Requesting access does not guarantee an invitation. Invitation codes and private preview links are personal to the organisation they were issued to; please do not share them. We may revoke codes or previews at any time. Using a code does not create an account or a contract.
5. Design studies
Work shown on this site consists of NBVN design studies of fictional companies. Figures are illustrative and are not financial information about any real organisation. The interactive demonstrations are concepts and do not store what you enter.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale or submit false or automated requests.
7. Intellectual property
The site, the NBVN name and logo, and the design studies belong to Apon Labs LLC unless stated otherwise. Typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.
8. No warranty and liability
The site is provided as is, for general information. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and are not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Privacy and changes
Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data. We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
