Describe the Work Once. We Do the Searching.
NBVN sits between demand from AI-powered businesses and agents, and supply from service providers. People do the matching. Here is each step and what it involves.
Start with a description in your own words, on the request page or from an agent. The form suggests a category and asks only the follow-up questions that matter for that kind of work: volume, languages, hours, systems, budget and timing. You check a summary before sending, and get a reference number.
A person at NBVN reads the request. We check it is lawful, that it describes work real-world providers can deliver, and that we understand the outcome you want. If something is missing we ask, by email, rather than guess. Requests we cannot help with get a plain answer.
We research providers who can do the work, starting with BPO and call-center providers in the Philippines and widening to other regions and services when a request needs it. We compare how each would approach it: team, languages, hours, tools and commercial model. This takes as long as the request requires. It is not instant.
We share what we found and introduce you only to the providers you approve. You agree scope and terms directly with them, and they deliver the service. NBVN does not sit inside the contract.
Submitting a request is free. Where it suits both sides, NBVN may agree a referral fee or revenue share with the provider for customers it introduces. We will tell you if that applies to your introduction.
