This notice explains what personal data NBVN (New Build Ventures) collects through nbvn.com, why, where it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
NBVN (New Build Ventures) is a brand operated by Apon Labs LLC, 2261 Market Street, STE 95312, San Francisco, CA.
Apon Labs LLC runs this website and is responsible for the personal data collected through it.

What we collect
- Access requests: your name, work email, company name, company website, the publication or service you are interested in, your expected timeframe, any comments you add, and the time you agreed to us storing your details.
- Agency applications: the same contact details, plus the agency information you choose to give (for example size, role and the ways you would like to work with us).
- Invitation and activation: when you use an invitation code, the details you enter (name, email, company, role and any message). Codes are stored only as one-way hashes.
- Security data: to limit abuse we count requests per connection using a keyed one-way hash of part of your IP address, kept for a short time. We do not store your IP address itself.
What we do not do
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and this site sets no cookies for visitors.
- We do not sell your details or share them with other companies for their own use.
- The interactive demonstrations on this site run only in your browser and do not send or store what you type.
- Fonts and images are served from nbvn.com itself, not from third-party font or analytics services.
Why we use it
To review your request, reply to you, decide on and send an invitation, prepare a private preview if you are invited, and keep the site secure. We rely on your consent, which you give on the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Where it is stored and who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores requests in a database used only for NBVN, separate from other Apon Labs businesses.
- Email: when you submit a request, its details may be sent by email to the NBVN team inbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace.
- Only authorised NBVN staff can see requests, through a password-protected administration area.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and delete declined requests within 12 months. Rate-limit counters expire within hours. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise these rights, use the contact form.
Changes
We will update this notice when the site or our services change, and change the date at the top.
